How can I order?

We have an online bag order/inquiry form, you can find it in the menu on the right. This is the most simple method – you can see the shipping cost, VAT added, etc. on the fly while you’re filling out the form. If this sounds not that familiar to you, just write us an e-mail: info@bagaboo.hu and specify your bag’s type, size, colours, patterns, etc. If you have a unique design, please attach a picture, showing the design, and its placement on the bag.

Do you have a retailer in my country?

Here is the retailer list.
I’m setting up a retailer/distribution network, so if you’re interested in this, please let me know. You can either be a messenger friendly bike shop’s owner, or a bike messenger, or a professional distributor who already offering a few other brands…you’re welcome.

What about taxes and stuff?

Pretty simple. Let me tell you. The prices on our site doesn’t include the VAT, which is 20% in Hungary now.

If you live outside the European Union, you don’t have to pay any taxes, so it’s 0%, you can buy the goods on the prices listed on the website. You might be charged by the customs office, when the bag enters to your country. Usually customers from the States don’t have to pay anything under 1000 USD so that is pretty cool.
If you live in the EU, you have two choices. If you have a EU vat tax number (or you have a company that has), you can buy anything from within the EU, tax free. After this goods, you have to pay the VAT in your country.
If you live in the EU, and don’t have an EU vat tax number (you’re a private person), you have to pay the bags price plus the hungarian VAT, which is 20%. In this case, you don’t have to pay the VAT in your country again of course.

Alternatively, you shall look for a bagaboo-retailer around you for a better deal and to save on shipping.

How much is the shipping to my country?

Please fill in the bag-a-tell online inquiry form, and check the bag + extra options you’re interested in. After this is done, select your country. The form will display the possible shipping methods + the cost of the shipping. You don’t even need to send the inquiry to me if you don’t want to.

How much would an extra pattern cost?

It depends on how difficult it is. Send me a sketch or a picture or something and I’ll tell you an exact price. Simple desings (a few lines, 2-3 colours) are usually for free. Different flap colour from the bag body is also for free.

What techniques are available for bag customization?

Bigger designs are done with hand embroidery, we draw and cut the cordura pieces, and then sew them on your bag to create the desing. If it’s too small, very detailed work (small letters for example) we have an embroidery machine which will do this work on your bag.

We can also screenprint on the bags, but it only worth if you’re ordering a lot of bags with the same design (eg. messenger companies with their logo).
